Enabling your community's PDF export access
As a community owner, if you want to your members to be able to download and print community app content generated as .pdf files, you must enable export access for all members. Owners can generate and access PDFs regardless of whether the access is enabled.
With the export-as-PDF feature enabled, members can generate, preview, and download or print the following community apps or portions of apps as PDFs: Activities, Blogs and Ideation Blogs, Forums, and Wikis.

From the navigation bar, click Communities and select the community you want to enable PDF export for.

In the community menu, click Community Actions and select Edit Community from the list.

Click the PDF Export Access tab, select Allowed.

Click Save and Close.
