Removing nodes from a cluster using the Integrated Solutions Console

You can remove nodes from a cluster using the IBM® WebSphere® Application Server Integrated Solutions Console.

  1. To remove a node from a cluster, complete the following steps:

  2. From the Integrated Solutions Console, select System Administration > Nodes.

  3. Select the check box next to the node that you want to delete and click Remove Node.

    Note: If you cannot remove the node by clicking Remove Node, remove the node from the configuration by clicking Force Delete.

  4. Restart WebSphere Application Server.
