Getting product fixes

A product fix might be available to resolve your problem.

To determine which version of the product is installed, access one of the HCL Connections™ applications from a web browser, and then click the About link in the page footer. The version information is on the About page.

To find and install fixes:

  1. Determine which fix you need. Review the available fixes in Section 2 of the article Update Strategy for Connections V7.0 on the HCL Support site.

  2. Download the fix that you want to install. See Downloading fixes in this documentation.

  3. Install the fix. See Installing fixes in this documentation.
