Viewing a file
View an uploaded document, spreadsheet, presentation, or PDF file while you are working in Files without downloading the file.
After a file is uploaded to Files, you can view it. You can browse through the file, browse between files, and change page magnification. Viewing an uploaded file displays its contents without downloading the file.
To view a file from the Files app, simply click on the file name. From there, you can pin, like, download, and comment on the file.
