Locating and Downloading DX Products
At this point, you should have been able to register an account and secure access to the License and Delivery Portal site. For more information, refer to the HCL Digital Experience offerings are now available for download from the My HCLSoftware portal knowledge article.

After authenticating to the My HCLSoftware Portal, Digital Experience Software and updates entitled to your organization are presented through selections from the HCL Digital Experience offerings tile:

HCL DX Offerings and Key Components and Entitlements
There are several offerings that are under the HCL DX product line according to the offerings customers have purchased and are entitled to. Refer to the following list for the offerings, and key offering entitlements and components.

HCL DX Cumulative Fix Releases
HCL DX Continuous Delivery Cumulative Fix (CF) Releases are presented within each entitled offering and supported release version. Refer to the following examples:

For the HCL DX Cloud Native offering (Tiers 1 – 7), Continuous Delivery CF updates are presented in the HCL DX Cloud Native offerings product selection in My HCLSoftware.

For the HCL DX Manager offering, Continuous Delivery CF updates are presented in the HCL DX Manager – Portal Offerings product selection in My HCLSoftware.
HCL License Agreements
Refer to the following steps to download the files:

Accept the applicable license agreements.

Locate the file(s) you want to download then click the download icon under Actions.

Verify or update the path provided to begin downloading.
