Limitations of DX Picker

Refer to the following limitations when using HCL DX Picker:

  • Only one content source can be used at a time.
  • Updates on items in the content sources are not reflected immediately in DX Picker.
    • DAM updates near real-time.
    • Other content sources update after crawler finishes running.
  • You can only select one item at a time.
  • Only preview for images and videos from DAM are available.
  • You cannot edit, delete, or create an item; you can only select an item.
  • Navigation is only possible for DAM collections.
