Description :

This function MIMEEntityIsDiscretePart returns TRUE if the input MIME entity is neither a multipart entity nor a message/rfc822 entity.

Parameters : Input : pMimeEntity - a pointer to current MIME entity.

Output : (routine) - TRUE if input MIME entity is neither a multipart entity nor a message entity, otherwise FALSE.
