Description :

This function returns the encoded password, given a non-encoded password.

Parameters : Input : pPassword - Non-encoded password.

Output : (routine) - None

retHashedPassword - Pointer to the returned encoded password. This is used in SECKFMGetCertifierCtx to obtain a certifier context.
