FMT_xxx - EVENT_DATA - FormatSpecifier flags.

Symbolic Values :

FMT_UNKNOWN   -  Unknown format.

FMT_TEXT      -  Text format.

FMT_ERROR_CODE    -  Data is in the form of a STATUS code.

FMT_ERROR_MSG     -  Data is an error message string.

Description :

Use one of these values for the FormatSpecifier member of the EVENT_DATA structure to describe the format of the event data that follows the structure.
