Symbolic Values :

HRULE_FLAG_USECOLOR   -  Use the color specified in the record when drawing the line.

HRULE_FLAG_USEGRADIENT    -  Use the gradient color specified in the record when drawing the line.

HRULE_FLAG_FITTOWINDOW    -  Fit the horizontal length of the line to the window where the document is being displayed.

HRULE_FLAG_NOSHADOW   -  Do not display 3D effects when drawing the line.
