fFRNotesBorder    -  Frame border is Notes style.

fFRNotesBorderFontAndColor    -  Frame has border font and color info.

fFRNotesBorderCaption     -  Frame has border caption info.

fFRNotesCaptionFontName   -  Frame caption has font name info.

fFRSequence   -  set this if frame has a sequence set other than the default 0.
