Preface

Volt MX Foundry is an integrated environment with multiple features- Identity, Integration, Orchestration, and Engagement Services. These features can be accessed through a common, centralized console. For successful authentication with users, and to access the centralized features of Volt MX Foundry. Volt MX Foundryrecommends that you install the following features:

  • Volt MX Foundry Identity and Console
  • Volt MX Foundry Integration
  • Volt MX Foundry Engagement Services
  • Volt MX Foundry Sync

Purpose

This document provides details for invoking the exposed APIs to create, fetch and update Engagement Services data. The REST API identifies Engagement Services Console application and users using OAuth and MBaas authentication and provides response messages.

Intended Audience

This document is intended for application developers who integrate Volt MX Foundry Engagement Services to the multi-channel mobile platform, Volt MX IDE, work on APIs, and modify APIs.
