Monitoring statistics and metrics for Profiles

Use the Profiles statistics capabilities to monitor operations and product usage.

Profiles enables you to monitor statistics in the following ways:

• Collect usage statistics and save them to a specified log file name and location.

• Write usage statistics to a file on demand.

• Enabling and disabling automatic generation of Profiles statistics files
  You can enable or disable automatic generation of Profiles statistics files. By default, automatic generation is enabled.
