There are two (2) methods for reporting an issue:

Support Ticket

Whether you are an existing client or you are returning to the HCL Domino platform, our Support Team is ready to assist you. If you need assistence with the execution of DLAU or if you encounter an issue, your first point of contact should be HCL Support - Only when you open a support ticket you can expect a timely response.

Github Issue

This is an open source project and you are also welcome to report technical issues (e.g. an error number that references a portion of the design code) by submitting a Github issue Please note:

  • these issues are public, so any information shared in there will be visible to anyone on the internet!
  • Issues are not handled like a support ticket, if you do expect a timely response please open a support ticket

Community support - Discqord

There also is a Discord channel for DLAU provided by OpenNTF.org where the Domino community is discussing about DLAU.
