Audit Trail
The Audit Trail home page displays records of all the activities performed by users within the console. The record history includes particulars such as, who submitted an application or a campaign, updated a campaign, or published a campaign. The latest records are displayed in an ascending order in the list view.
Note: No records are logged for push messages.
The Audit Trail home page displays the list view including Action, Object Name, Object Type, Initiated By and Time Stamp columns. There is a Search field to search the audit trails.

Search field: Click in the search field to view options to search an audit trail. You can search audit trails based on the following search criteria:

Action: Enter the action in the search field and click Enter.
The audit trail details appears on the home page. To clear your search result, click in the search field.

Object Name: Enter the object name in the search field and click Enter.

Object Type: Enter the object type in the search field and click Enter.
The audit trail details appears on the home page. To clear your search result, click in the search field.

Initiated By: Enter the name of the person who initiated the audit trail in the search field and click Enter.

The Audit Trail list view contains the following details:
Audit Trail Columns | Description |

Action | The action column displays the action type that was initiated by users. For example, Campaign submitted by a campaign manager. |
Object Name | The object name column displays the object name for which the action is performed, such as, an application name, an event name, or a campaign name. |
Object Type | The object type column displays the type for an object, such as campaign or application. |
Initiated By | The initiated by column displays the name of the user who initiated a particular action, such as the name of a campaign manager or user. |
Time Stamp | The time stamp column displays the time details when an action was last performed. |
Display controls | By default, only 20 audit trails are displayed in the grid. You can also view more screens by navigating through the forward arrow icon. You can move back through the backward arrow icon. |
