REST API
Representational state transfer (REST) is an architectural style consisting of a coordinated set of architectural constraints applied to components, connectors, and data elements, within a distributed hypermedia system. REST API uses HTTP methods such as GET, POST, PUT, and PATCH to execute different operations pertaining to modules of the Volt MX Foundry Messaging console.
Important: For all the REST APIs, include the authentication header value as described in Volt MX Foundry Engagement Services APIs > Authentication
Important: For API s with HTTP GET method, payload is not applicable. Similarly for some API s with HTTP POST method, the payload is not applicable
