Adding specialized form items

You can use specialized form items to style text, echo text back, create dynamic lines, or add HTML.

• Echoing text with a Text item
  You can use the Text item to echo text, or build a summary page.
• Adding tables to a form
  The Table form item enables the user to add complex entries to a form.
• Adding HTML fragments to a form
  Using the HTML Fragment item, you can add HTML anywhere in your form.
• Adding media to a form
  You can add media to the form anywhere you place the Media form item.
