Install Volt MX Go Iris

Important!

• Volt MX Iris and Volt MX Go Iris have different capabilities. Make sure you are using the Volt MX Go Iris software.

Before you begin

You have downloaded the latest version of Volt MX Go Iris installer based on your preferred installation platform/option. For more information, see Download HCL Volt MX Go installers.

Install Volt MX Go Iris

For installing Volt MX Go Iris, click the link corresponding to your installation platform and follow the installation steps.

• For installing Volt MX Go Iris on Mac 

• For installing Volt MX Go Iris on Windows 

Upgrade Volt MX Go Iris

Upgrades Volt MX Go Iris from an earlier version up to Volt MX Go v2.0.4.

Before you begin

You have downloaded the latest version of the Volt MX Go Iris installer. For more information, see Download HCL Volt MX Go installers.

Procedure

Install the latest version of Volt MX Go Iris without uninstalling the current one. The current version is overwritten by the new version.
