Audience for this Guide
This guide is intended for HCL DominoTM administrators and programmers who want to access HCL Domino databases from a programming language. You do not need to read this guide if you only want to access databases through the Notes client user interface.
This guide assumes that you are familiar with HCL Domino and HCL Notes as a user and as a database designer. It refers to Domino topics such as fields, forms, views, categories, and access control lists without explanation. This guide also assumes that you know the C programming language.
