The function NSFNoteHasMIMEPart returns TRUE if the given note contains any TYPE_MIME_PART items.
Parameters : Input : hNote - a handle to an open note.
Output : (routine) - TRUE if the given note has any TYPE_MIME_PART items, FALSE otherwise.
Sample Usage :
