FontIsStrikeOut - Returns TRUE if the specified FONTID has the STRIKEOUT attribute set, FALSE otherwise.

Description :

Tests to see if the STRIKEOUT attribute is set in the specified FONTID.
Implemented as a macro:

Parameters : Input : fontid - The FONTID which is to be checked.
