DT_DSPEC_NONE     -  No special handling

DT_DSPEC_TODAY    -  Use 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'Tomorrow', when possible

DT_DSPEC_Y4   -  Always display year on OUTPUT as 4 digit year

DT_DSPEC_21Y4     -  Show 4 digit year for 21st century

DT_DSPEC_CURYR    -  Display year when not the current year
