Prints a DIRCOLLECTION's contents using a supplied println() routine.

Parameters : Input : hCollection - Directory collection to print

printflags - OR-ed set of DIRPRINT_FLAG values

println - Print routine (e.g., DirPrintln())

ctx - println()-specific context
