There are only two new defines that has been added for Domino 14.5

NOTES_VERSION Flags

NOTES_VERSION_STRING_REL_NUM - (major, minor, fixpack) ex: "14.5", "14.0", "14.0FP1","12.0.2", etc..
NOTES_MAJMIN_REGULAR - (major, minor, fixpack) (for minor/fp releases, example is 11000203 for 11.0.2FP3).
